Michael Bertsch
CTO
Since 2003, he has been active in software development, combining deep technical expertise with a strong sense of precision and innovation. Since 2010, he has been developing successful software solutions in wealth management for fiduciary companies, asset managers, and family offices.
From 2015 onward, he has focused on specialized DMS systems for financial service providers, particularly on automating OCR processes with AI as well as reconciliation and private equity workflows.
He also brings extensive expertise in the fund sector and has been developing software for fund administration, performance calculation, and publication since 2016.
Alongside his technological work, he is passionately dedicated to classical music and is active in Liechtenstein’s cultural landscape in music education and cultural management.
Urs Thöny
CEO
After eleven years as Vice President at Morgan Stanley, responsible for the Private Wealth Portfolio Group Switzerland as well as outsourcing projects in Hong Kong and Australia, he brings extensive experience in building databases and processes for management and asset management.
As the founder and CEO of Dubris AG, he oversees the integration of interfaces to more than 150 custodian banks across various portfolio management systems for over 35 national and international asset managers and multi-family offices. The development of tools for data quality control and task management is carried out in-house.
With the founding of docucore gmbh, he also established a specialized software solution for the archiving and analysis of bank documents.
Lia von Dombrowski
Marketing
With a solid background in music and architecture, she combines creative intuition with structured thinking. She brings over two decades of expertise in the marketing and media industry, complemented by many years of entrepreneurial experience. Her former agency set benchmarks in 3D process animation, visualization, film, and software development, later expanded to include graphic design, e-commerce, and web applications. Among her clients were Zurich Airport, Filabè, ProSiebenSat.1, Leonteq, Mikron, United Commodity, Stiftung Brändi, Caritas, Blick, and many others.
She navigates confidently between interdisciplinary agency projects and direct collaboration with a wide range of clients — from global corporations to individual commissions.
